Cancellation Policy
Full refund minus a $50 service charge 7 days
before the beginning of each seminar. Refund requests
must be submitted in writing.
Registrant substitutions may be made at any time
prior to the start of the seminar. If a registrant
cannot cancel within the cancellation period,
the registration fee will be forfeited but may
be applied toward a future seminar. Non-SPE members
substituting for SPE members will be required
to pay the applicable difference in registration
fees.
Bodycote/SPE reserves the right to cancel a seminar
or substitute instructors. If a seminar is cancelled,
the attendee will be contacted as soon as possible
prior to the seminar. The purchase of refundable
airline tickets is recommended.
